EasyVid has three paid plans: Creator at $29 a month, Studio at $49 and Pro at $99. Every plan makes videos up to 10 minutes long. The real choice for most people is Creator or Studio, and it comes down to one question: do you need Director Mode?
The short version: pick Creator if you make narrated stories, explainers or faceless videos in Classic Mode. Pick Studio if your characters need to speak their lines on camera, or if you want to turn whole songs into music videos.
The two plans side by side
| Creator | Studio | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $29 a month | $49 a month |
| First month for new subscribers | $19 | $39 |
| Credits each month | 1,500 | 4,000 |
| Classic Mode | Yes | Yes |
| Director Mode | One-time 750-credit trial | Included |
| Music videos | One-time trial on the first 30 seconds of a song | Full songs |
| Video length | Up to 10 minutes | Up to 10 minutes |
Pro works like Studio with 10,000 credits a month, for people who make videos every day. Current prices and offers are always on the pricing page.
What Classic Mode makes
Classic Mode is on every plan. EasyVid writes or takes your script, splits it into scenes, and generates an image for each one, which you approve before it is animated. Narration, character voices and subtitles are added for you, and characters keep the same look from scene to scene.
This is the workflow behind most story channels, kids' stories and explainers:
If this is the kind of video you make, Creator's 1,500 credits a month cover it, and you can buy more credits if a project runs long.
What Studio adds: Director Mode
In Director Mode, every scene is generated as a video clip with a model such as Seedance 2.5 or MiniMax H3 Max, and each character's dialogue audio goes into the generation so their mouth moves with the line. The result is a short film where people talk to each other on camera, not a narrated slideshow.
Director Mode uses about five times more credits than Classic, which is why it sits on the plan with 4,000 credits. See the AI lip sync video generator page for how it works.
You choose Classic or Director when you create a project, and a project stays in that mode. If you expect dialogue on camera, start the project in Director.
What Studio adds: full-song music videos
Upload a song (an MP3 or WAV file, including a track you made in Suno) and EasyVid writes the music video and cuts every scene to the beat, with lip-synced singing and karaoke lyrics. EasyVid does not make the music; you bring the song.
On Creator, a one-time trial makes a music video of the first 30 seconds of a song. Studio and Pro make the whole song. More on this in how to turn a song into a music video and on the AI music video maker page.
Which plan to pick
Pick Creator if:
- You make narrated stories, explainers, faceless YouTube videos or kids' stories
- A narrator carries the video, and characters rarely speak on camera
- You want the lowest monthly price
Pick Studio if:
- Your characters talk to each other on camera, as in short films, skits or micro-dramas
- You make music videos of whole songs
- You run out of 1,500 credits most months
Quick answers
Can I start on Creator and move to Studio later? Yes. Upgrading from the pricing page takes effect straight away. Your Studio credits start that day and replace the month's remaining Creator credits; credits you bought separately stay.
Can I try Director Mode before paying for Studio? Yes. Creator includes a one-time Director trial of 750 credits, enough to see how it works on a short project.
Is there a free plan? A free account lets you browse example projects. Making videos needs a paid plan.
Do both plans make 10-minute videos? Yes. Every paid plan makes videos up to 10 minutes. Long videos use more credits, so Studio's 4,000 credits go further.
