What are credits?
Credits are the currency that powers your video creation. Every image, video clip, and audio generation uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credits anytime if you need more.
What are free daily regenerations?
Not happy with a generation? Sometimes AI can make mistakes. Free regenerations let you retry images or clips at no credit cost. They reset every 24 hours.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can still edit your projects, but you'll need to top up credits or wait for your monthly refresh to generate new images, video clips, or audio.
How do I refill my credits?
You can refill your credits by upgrading your plan, or by purchasing a one-time credit pack if you're an existing customer.
How long can my videos be?
Up to 1 minute for the free plan. Up to 10 minutes for paid plans.
Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, we offer a free plan that allows you to test our services with limited features including 250 credits and 3 free videos. Once you run out of credits or videos, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
How much does animation cost?
Animation costs 20-40 credits per 5-seconds of animation. For a fully animated 60 second video, you would need 240-480 credits. If you don't need animation, a 1 minute video is about 100 credits. This cost is being reduced over time as AI video generation improves.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have used fewer than 1000 credits since purchasing your plan, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
