Credits are the currency that powers your video creation. Every image, video clip, and audio generation uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credits anytime if you need more.
Regenerations are for fixing errors in individual AI generations including scenes, characters, locations, and reference images. Free scene regenerations cannot be used to retry full video projects or storyboards, just individual clips or images. Video clip regenerations are only available in Classic mode.
You can still edit your projects, but you'll need to top up credits or wait for your monthly refresh to generate new images, video clips, or audio.
You can refill your credits by upgrading your plan, or by purchasing a one-time credit pack if you're an existing customer.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings.
Yes, we offer a free plan that allows you to test our services with limited features including 350 credits and 3 free videos. Once you run out of credits or videos, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Animation costs 20-40 credits per 5-seconds of animation. For a fully animated 60 second video, you would need 240-480 credits. If you don't need animation, a 1 minute video is about 100 credits. This cost is being reduced over time as AI video generation improves.
If you have used fewer than 1000 credits since purchasing your plan, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
