Credits are used to generate images for your videos. Images are costly to generate so this credit system is necessary for the app to remain sustainable.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can use the rest of the app normally, but you will not be able to generate more images until you refill your credits.

How do I refill my credits?

You can refill your credits by upgrading your plan, or by contacting support. Credit refill packages will be available in the future as one-time payments.

How long can my videos be?

Up to 3 minutes for the free plan. Up to 10 minutes for paid plans.

Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings.

Is there a free plan available?

Yes, we offer a free plan that allows you to test our services with limited features.

Do credit top-ups remove watermark?

No, credit top-ups do not remove the watermark from videos. You must have a paid plan (Starter, Creator, or Business) to remove the watermark from videos.
